Who we are

Our mission is to equip and empower people to be agents of holistic transformation in their communities through the love of Christ.

Why emphasize local volunteers?

Our extensive volunteer network allows us to implement programs, identify needs and distribute resources with a much greater impact than our staff could produce alone. We work through local cell churches mobilizing community members to respond to social, physical and spiritual needs with biblical principles. Individuals demonstrate Christ’s love and become natural leaders as they share what they have learned with their families, friends and neighbors.

We provide:

Our Name

God has called each of us to be a fountain of living water — a spring that floods parched and needy land with the love and grace of Christ. Our goal is to refresh fellow citizens in Cambodia’s most cracked and broken places, then empower them to pour into their own families, workplaces and neighborhoods.

Isaiah 41:17-20

17 “The poor and needy search for water,
    but there is none;
    their tongues are parched with thirst.
But I the Lord will answer them;
    I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.
18 I will make rivers flow on barren heights,
    and springs within the valleys.
I will turn the desert into pools of water,
  and the parched ground into springs.
19 I will put in the desert
    the cedar and the acacia, the myrtle and the olive.
I will set junipers in the wasteland,
    the fir and the cypress together,
20 so that people may see and know,
    may consider and understand,
that the hand of the Lord has done this,
    that the Holy One of Israel has created it.
